You may not feel or think you're good enough. You struggle with low confidence and low self esteem. This is something you've felt for some time and you're fed up with it and you want to change. Or you struggle with managing your anger. You find yourself losing your temper with family and friends and not sure why.

This is where I can help you. Talking to someone without fear of judgement and in a confidential space can really help people change.

I'm a counsellor based in Bromley. I’ll help you to explore and you'll to start to understand why you feel the way you do. The aim from counselling is to help you identify your feelings and to establish a toolbox for you to move forward with your life in a better and more manageable way.

I'm qualified as an integrative counsellor. This means I will take your lead and work with you in the way that suits you best. I want to ensure you receive the best chance of making changes to your life which are positive.

I work individually with adults across a range of issues including:

Careers and work issues
Depression
Low self-esteem
Relationship issues
Self harm
Substance abuse
Stress

it's important you choose the right counsellor. For this reason I would suggest a 20 minute zoom or phone call.

This will provide you with the opportunity to tell me what has led to you reaching out and for you to see whether I am the right counsellor for you.. On this call I'll also explain my approach to counselling and answer any questions you may have.
