I’m Mark Mahoney, a qualified counsellor based in Bromley, offering in-person counselling in Bromley and online therapy across the UK. I support adults who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or struggling with emotional patterns that no longer serve them.

A Warm, Tailored Approach

I work integratively, tailoring counselling to suit your needs instead of using a one-size-fits-all method. My foundation is in person-centred and psychodynamic therapy, and I draw on techniques from CBT where helpful.
