Counselling in Forest Hill
About the Space
The Therapy Loft is a calm, well-equipped space in a Victorian building in the heart of Forest Hill. Quiet, private, and a short walk from the station.
Sessions are 50 minutes. I'm available for evening appointments.

What We Can Work On
Most of the men I work with are dealing with one or more of the same things: a mind that won't switch off, anger that flares up more than they'd like, a need for reassurance that never quite gets met, or difficulties in their relationship.
About Me
I became a counsellor because I've seen how much can change when someone finally feels heard. A lot of the men I work with have been carrying the same patterns for years, the same reactions, without ever quite knowing why.
That's what I'm interested in: helping you see what's driving those patterns, because once you can see it, things can start to shift.
I work at a calm pace. I'm here to listen carefully and help you make sense of what's going on. My experience shows that most people find it easier to open up than they expected.
I'm a registered member of the BACP, number 390753. Read more about me here, my approach and how I can support you.

How to get started
If you are considering counselling and would like to find out whether it could be helpful, you are very welcome to get in touch. I offer a 15 minute intro call or online meet. I will ask you what has brought to counselling, I'll explain more about how I work and obviously answer any questions you may have. This way you can see whether working together feels like a good fit.
