Individual counselling sessions
Sessions last 50 minutes and I charge £85 per session.
Sessions usually take place weekly, though this can be discussed depending on your needs. Often my clients start weekly and then reduce to fortnightly.
Free introductory call
I offer a free 15-minute introductory phone or Zoom call. This gives you a chance to ask questions, talk about what’s been going on for you, and see whether counselling with me feels like a good fit. I'm also happy if preferred to meet in person at my counselling rooms.
Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer. Details will be shared once sessions are arranged.
Cancellations
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice will be charged.
