Individual counselling sessions
Sessions last 50 minutes and I charge £85 per session.

Sessions usually take place weekly, though this can be discussed depending on your needs.
Free introductory call
​I offer a free 15-minute introductory phone or Zoom call. This gives you a chance to ask questions, talk briefly about what’s been going on for you, and see whether counselling with me feels like a good fit.
Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer. Details will be shared once sessions are arranged.
Cancellations
I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice will be charged.
